This elegant family home built in 1830 and extended at the beginning of the 20th century is located in the village of Saint-Martin de la Coudre, Commune of Bernay-Saint-Martin.
Equidistant from Surgères and Saint Jean d'Angely, in the heart of the Charente Maritime department, it is ideally located 40 minutes from La Rochelle, 45 minutes from the Pont de l'Ile de Ré, 15 minutes from the Surgères TGV station, and 20 minutes from the A10 motorway.
We are the new owners of this exceptional house that we have undertaken to continue to renovate so that it better corresponds to your expectations and your needs. You will fall, like us, under the charm of this mansion full of history, and surrounded by rolling countryside.
The property has a capacity of 15 people, and it is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
We offer you to rent it for a minimum period of 3 nights.
It is ideal for a relaxing holiday or a long weekend of change of scenery. You can also take advantage of the facilities for family celebrations or weddings.
Finally, we are at your disposal to organize any other event, such as seminars for example.
We will always strive to adapt to your needs, and offer you the best quality of service.

The aquarium, one of the largest in Europe, offers a fascinating journey into the marine world. Not to mention its pedestrian streets, ideal for strolling, its port, and its Francofolies festival!
Unmissable with its immense beaches and surf spots, you will also be won over by the exotic atmosphere of Saint Martin and the Phare des Baleines.
In Rochefort, don't miss a visit to its famous royal rope factory, climb the "accromâts" like the sailors of the Hermione, and have a drink on the Place des Demoiselles de Rochefort. Then connect with nature on the Île d'Aix or Île Madame before sailing to Fort Boyard!
